All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us resolve the problem quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your item is confirmed to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or change of mind.
- Custom, personalized, made-to-order, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
For customers in the European Union: if applicable law requires a withdrawal or cooling-off right, those rights will apply as required by law.
